Jamba Juice - Midvale

Ordered a chunky strawberry bowl from Jamba Juice and they didn?t even bother to blend it, it was completely frozen, but they sure did a good job covering the top of the bowl with fruits and granola so I couldn?t tell that it wasn?t even blended until Icould sit down and eat it at home. I tried calling in around 7:40pm today to see if there?s anyway they could remake it beforethey closed and the phone just rang and rang and rang. Mind you, their hours on Google and online says their open until 8pm.Complete waste of money.

Best smoothies ever, never go to another jamba! Staff are super friendly and hard workers!

I have never experienced such poor service with my wife. From the moment we were greeted by the cashier, who handed us our change of four dollars all in coins of ten cents, the experience was off on the wrong foot. The girl making the juices even threw the straws at us. Meanwhile, the staff seemed more interested in playing with one another than attending to the customers.

I placed a delivery order through the app, but my food never arrived. I was given an estimated delivery time and my payment was processed, but the order simply didn't show up. I didn't receive any notification about the cancellation, so I reached out to customer service. They issued a refund, but there was no explanation or apology provided—just the refund. I was really surprised that there was no further effort to address the situation.

I had a hard time choosing a smoothie, so I asked the friendly staff member, Gem, to recommend one for me. They were very attentive to my taste preferences, and we ended up having a great conversation. The smoothie they picked out for me was incredible—I absolutely loved it! I will definitely return to this store because of how delightful the atmosphere was.
