Food ok service needs more information Atmosphere the Dining room needs to be cleaned up I pay $48 for

This place is just horrible. They never get my order right or even ask for napkins sauces or a straw. The food is horrible, and The service is just super bad they need to manager in this place asappppp!

Got our order completely wrong and didn’t realize it until we drove 20 minutes home. Gave 7 wings instead of 12 and all the drinks wrong as well.

They were not busy. It took over 30 minutes from our order until we had our food, and then the food wasn't right, so they had to redo it. People that came in after us, got their food before us and it was only my wife and myself. None of the employees seemed to care about anything. There were no napkins or condiments accessible to the patrons, and the employees acted put out when they were requested.

The food is ok generally, but today the chicken was cold and dry, the Mac and cheese was grainy and had a huge lump of cheese. It was below par.The cashier taking my order was not in the mood to work, didn't ask me if I wanted regular or spicy, didn't ask me if I wanted it to stay or to go. They seemed annoyed and even though they were incredibly slow, they took like 20 minutes to get my order out. Definitely not great...
