Church's Texas Chicken - Midwest City

If I could start less than one, I would. We said it was 30 minutes. When we finally got our chicken when the bag came through the window, we could smell the old fat. They looked at the chicken and you could immediately say that they kicked old chicken. Food: 1/5

The food is great. The time it takes to get it isn't.. better plan on waiting at least 10-15 mins for a 3 piece chicken strip meal. If you order a family meal it's gonna be 20+ minutes.Food: 4/5

Well I ordered through the drive through and they told me they were making fresh strips and to park. I had to wait, after 5 7 minutes I went inside. Then they were out of biscuits and at this point I asked for a refund. I waited some more. I asked for a refund several more times before i was finally given one, this was after the biscuits were done. They tried to get me too take the food instead but at this point I was very frustrated. At this point I've been there almost 30 minutes, doubt I'll go back.

Pros:1. Received free drinks for our wait2. Staff very friendly and nice3. Plenty of parking outside4. Interior is pretty clean5. Front staff seems to really hustle in their workCons:1. After long wait for food the order was NOT accurate to order2. Wait time for food was over 20 minutes due to tenders not being ready and other foods3. The area to order inside is small and cramped4. The order board is not behind the counter like most places. It's to the side which is odd placement5. The sit in area lobby has small chairs and tables like for children not adultsSummary:There are other chains that will get orders correct, have orders out timely, and have a better experience for guests overall.

Went through drive-thru to place an order and man inside had headphone on and was talking to workers inside. I said hello and he said hold on. No customers were in parking lot and I just sat and sat. Never talked to me so I just drove off after 5 mins!!!!! Work on your customer service skills please and thank you! Never again going there!
