Great food, cocktails, and ambiance. Not much to improve on here. Try a Cuban cigars here if you haven't before.
Great cocktails with reasonable prices. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The cigar list is nice too.
Very experienced and helpful bartender, with a decent selection of all types of alcohol. Only comment is, you may end up smelling of cigar/cigarette smoke at the end of the night.
Best bar in Yokosuka. Jun-san knows his spirits!
