Went in for the first time and the bar staff was extremely rude definitely will be going to a better bar next

So let me start by saying that this used to be a favorite of ours over a year ago. We went weekly. This last visit was a huge disappointment as was a couple of the last few visits before this. I don 't know what changed but here was our experience last night. I ordered the Beyond burger which is a three dollar up charge for my burger. What I was served was a squishy, veggie burger of some type without being told that it was not going to be a Beyond burger. Also, my tater tots were beyond crispy. I smashed one with my fingers, and it was like dust. I asked for a replacement of those, and the second ones came out almost as bad still not edible. Then when we got our bill, we had ordered one cocktail and one beer. We were charged an up charge for premium liquor for the cocktail and charged for a tall beer neither of which we asked for. I will say they took 50% off of my burger when I told him I was not happy that it was not what I ordered and that I could not eat the tots. I did not eat 50% of the food. He had no idea what the burger was and had not been told it wasn 't the Beyond burger. My friends chicken sandwich and sweet potato fries were both very dark and on the verge of being burnt. All in all very disappointed and will not go back.

The bar staff were over worked and so it took a long time to get service.

Love stone cutters, food and drinks awesome. Melissa and Tim make this place the best in NH. We are treate like family. Outside deck great for evening drinks. Entertainment always good.
