Ninja Sushi - Mililani

I like how they bring your order to table, but, strange how they take the tray and when you finish your left to try to carry garbage in can. With 2 hands, several containers, drinks and hot soup? And a garbage truck far away?

Food was served fast and it was good. My one main gripe was with the cashier. I asked for a validation ticket and she said, No worries! The gate arm will rise and let you out. I asked, Even without a validation ticket? She repeated the same statement. I sat back down and got my food right away and left. The second I scanned the parking ticket I ended up paying.

Horrible experience today due to very poor costumer service. I?m a regular at this location and today my 3yo daughter was denied a cup of water even after we spent over $65 on a order. My orders are (used to be) always $50-$70 there. I could?ve bought a bottle of water but I refused to give this place more business because that employee?s behavior. I asked for his name and he simply denied to answer. He just turned around, gave me his back and start hiding behind the counter. Even tho his name is on the receipt. Who does that?! There should be better training for workers in front of the house.

I was really needing some comfort food and craving beef udon. After walking the town center and finding nothing that spoke to me, I was going to settle for poke but Ninja Sushi had beef udon on the menu! It was everything I needed. Lots of other items on the menu I'll have to go back to try!

Pretty good and fresh compared to many other places in the area. I ordered the spicy ahi. One part tasted like it was somewhat mixed with an older batch of tuna but was fresh for the most part. Portion sizes got me full. The workers were friendly and the restaurant was clean.
