Additionally, I found the salmon was served a bit too warm and dry. I prefer it cooked rare or just barely done to keep its moisture, similar to the packaged salmon. I believe that good salmon shouldn’t be overcooked, as that makes it dry and unappealing. I love salmon, but I won’t eat it if it’s too dry unless it’s part of a different dish. It seems like the smoked salmon is warmed up before serving, which can lead to it losing its ideal texture. I enjoy my salmon at room temperature or even cold to prevent it from drying out. Larry is a really friendly guy, and I can see he has potential with a few tweaks to his side dishes and cooking methods. With the right chefs and recipes, I have no doubt people would keep coming back, especially for that amazing smoked salmon. I know I'll be returning as soon as I can. Good luck, and blessings!

Great food at an amazing price! I had the $5 brisket sandwich from the Smokehouse food truck. The service was quick and friendly, and the food was delicious and satisfying for a very affordable lunch.
