Qdoba Mexican Eats - Mill Creek

By the time I got home, my husband’s burrito was cold and not wrapped tightly, causing it to fall apart. After just a few bites, he ended up throwing it away, and I had to make him something else to eat! To top it off, the parking lot and the restaurant itself were not clean at all. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience.

The restaurant opens at 10:30 AM on Saturdays, and we waited at the door until 10:50 AM—20 minutes past the opening time! There were five staff members in the back preparing the line, which should have been done before 10:30 AM. No one unlocked the door at the designated time, despite them seeing us outside. We knocked on the door several times, but our presence was ignored. After waiting without any response, we ultimately decided to leave. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I won’t be returning to this location.

The staff at the counter was quite rude and seemed uninterested in asking about my sauce preferences. When I inquired about the difference between two sauces, they laughed, mocked, and smirked at us, as if we were expected to know everything. This was the first time I witnessed such inappropriate behavior from a staff member. When we asked for tortillas, they told us we should have requested them earlier. Throughout our experience, they made dismissive faces at us. I left feeling very disappointed.

I ordered the family taco meal and a quesadilla for pick up online. My husband went in to pick it up and when he got home realized he only had half the order. He drove back to the location and the employees handed him the other half of his order which had been set in a booth around the corner. The employee working the checkout was not aware that there was more to the order. Upon arriving home for the second time we opened out order to discover that the tortilla and the sour cream and queso had all been forgotten. At this point an hour has passed since the original pickup, the food is cold, we are all hungry and frustrated. I tried to call the location and the phone just rings continually.

Ordered for pick up and was VERY disappointed. I ordered chips and queso, and two burrito bowls. My queso cup wasn’t filled all the way so that was a bummer. My burrito bowl was also missing my veggies, and queso sauce. I had requested sour cream and it looked like they gave me a squirt of an empty bottle and all I got was a few drops, my husband had no sour cream on his even though he requested it. I barely had any chicken and the bowl was mostly filled with rice. Not sure if I’ll be back, I probably should’ve listened to other reviews but wanted to give it a try. If you do come here don’t order take out. Super disappointing to get home and see your food order is incorrect/incomplete.
