They are very inconsistent. Often come in the morning and they do not have their baked goods in yet so there are maybe 6 choices and no bread. Pre ordered a cake for pick up for Christmas and they did not inform you that pick up was from 10-4. Went in at 9 and told to come back. Husband went back at 11 and the orders for the day are still not there. They said they would call when they are in and no call yet and it's afternoon. Not the way to run a business.

DELIGHTFUL bakery!! Unique flavor combinations and flour choices. Their 100% seeded bread is absolutely to die for. Amazing with some butter, salt, and Jarlsberg cheese. So happy to support this small business!

Highly recommend the chocolate beet cake. Sooo good. it's not overwhelmingly chocolaty but it's still rich and perfectly sweet. I devoured it!!! We also tried the cinnamon roll. The bread was soo buttery. I just wish it was heated up.

I Bicycled for an hour to get to this destination.I am only giving it 4 stars because Piper and Emi saved it from a one star reviewWhen I first entered, I was surprised at the bare shelves…and that there was no one in there … 9:30 AM on a Saturday morning! That was weird.but when I asked the young employees for recommendations, they had not tasted ANYTHING.So they could not recommend.This is on the owner… Why would neither employees be knowledgeable about what this “high end” bakery was selling?Finally, I settled on the brioche… Because EMI and piper said people liked it… (Although… They kept looking at each other with uncertainty about what to recommendWhen I bit into it, it was dry and stale…and, without a doubt, the worst briocheI’ve ever tasted in my entire life.This is not a superlative.This is a factWhen I walked it back into the store… Piper and Emi were very accommodating and offered me the spinach mushroom Galette at no additional charge. Smart response since this store was on its way to a one star review.By this time… When I tasted it, my expectations were very low.But I was quite surprised thatIt was the BEST savory galette I ever tasted!Chock-full of vegetables and flavor.Look at the photo… It looks beautiful… It taste even better!Upon leaving the employees told me that some of the ovens were broken.I don’t know… Maybe this was an off day, but today this bakery lacked inventory… and heart… And consistency.I hope they do better Just so that they stay in business and I can continue to bike here for their wonderful Galette
