This place probably had the best local dishes in Millau. Do not make a mistake, this is not a beautiful place, but a little local bar. The lady of the house is the cook and everything is homemade. You only have a few dishes. The menu... is the plate du jour that changes every day of the week so you need to ask what the plate du jour is for the day. Do not expect any nice but really good local food for 8 euros. We tried the famous specialities of the perpetrators and prayed de veau and they were great. Not for the weak hearts, but for those who like tripes and interiors. The decor is really outdated, but the food and price are worth it. The bar is closed for dinner.
