Bambu Desserts Drinks - Millbrae

We had such wonderful time hang out at this dessert place, the other dessert didn't opened by Google hour so we all went to Bambu.Everything is on the not sweet side, even though though the dessert is not amazing but the atmosphere is quite awesome.

Cute little shop for che and drinks. I had a passionfruit orange drink, refreshing bubbly. A friend tried halo halo, it did not quite have all the ingredients but was pretty tasty. They have Vietnamese coffee that supposed to be good but it was late afternoon and I wanted to sleep tonight. It is a nice place to enjoy dessert and hang out a little with friends.

There was a long wait before anyone came out to take our order. In addition to that our order was inputted incorrectly and we were provided no refund. We had ordered two #10 but we’re given #1 instead. When we informed the staff that the drinks were not what we ordered although they told us that we had made the mistake of ordering the wrong drink.They did remake them for us but they would not refund us for the price difference . Their reason was that they had already made the more expensive drinks and that we should check the receipt next time and take it up with corporate. They did not apologize for their mistake and was extremely rude. Will not be going back again.

I ordered an avocado smoothie and the avocado tasted rotten. I decided to inform the owner, Wendy or Winnie, about the issue. Instead of addressing my concerns, she was rude and hung up on me. Shortly after, a staff member called back to offer a refund, indicating that they were aware of the issue with the avocados. However, I was not satisfied with the treatment I received and mentioned that I would post a negative review on Yelp. The staff member then hung up on me again. This experience was ridiculous and I will not be returning to this restaurant. I am only giving one star in order to post this review, as they do not deserve any stars considering their poor customer service.
