Írjon visszajelzéstThe best Peking duck, and I love the service here , I think this is the best Chinese food in Bay Area. I'll recommend Peking duck, spicy chicken, KongBao crab!
Visited this place after a long hectic day. From the moment we walked in we were received with huge smiles and very attentive service. The food is really fresh you can tell we only tried two dishes and we loved them the noodles and chicken rice were my favorite. Now a days you can't find good restaurants with good food, good ambiance and great customer service but this Place has just that : we will definitely be back
I 've thought about whether or not I wanted to post this review for the last 9 days because to me leaving a bad review is a big deal and is permanent. However, the food we got was so bad AND it was my birthday AND the review on Check Please was so good AND did I mention, it was my birthday, a milestone one AND I was sick to my stomach after eating there. Yeah, it was really bad. Let 's start at the beginning; Royal Feast is located in a sketchy neighborhood, it seemed extra sketchy the night we went there. They cannot control that but once inside they could spice things up a bit, seriously, the place needs a good cleaning and some updating. Having said this, I feel like I am delaying the inevitable discussion of the food. I had pre ordered Peking Duck, after all, it was my birthday. According to the reviewer on Check Please this was supposed to be fantastic. Their version is the classic, served 3 ways. With the breast meat on a platter and broth and the chopped remaining meat stir fried. The presentation initially looked good, then the broth and the remaining meat was served. The best I can surmise is that the duck was old and the fat became rancid. The taste and more so the smell of the broth was overwhelming bad, like nothing I have ever tasted before. At first the breast meat seemed ok until we had several pieces and then realized that it was very off. I sat there trying very hard to be polite but I was feeling a little sick from the smell of the broth. The smell invaded everything and I struggled to seem happy, thinking that maybe it was not as bad and I was being overly sensitive. I shifted my focus onto my favorite noodle dish. I call them Dan-Dan Mein. On their menu they are called Tam-Tam Noodles. I put some on my plate and they seemed like there was a large amount of hot chili sauce on them. A large amount of chili is not even close to the situation, I took 2 small bites and my entire body was on fire. They were so overly spiced that they were completely inedible. Combined with the rancid duck, my system was sick for several days. The Fried Dried string beans were delicious. My birthday was absolutely ruined. This was the worst meal I have ever had in my life. The chef, who is very proud of his training and career should have smelled that duck in the kitchen and pulled it off the menu. There is no excuse for how awful the food was. Unfortunately, this review is more of a warning.
Great food; knowledgeable and friendly servers; definitely recommend and will return.
Travelers staying at the airport hotels come here! People not staying at the airport hotels come here anyway! Everything was delicious, and will definitely be back.
