Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Millbrook

I waited in line at the drive thru over 20 minutes on a TUESDAY afternoon for red beans and rice! Finally made it to the window where about 4 girls never acknowledged me at the window, carried on with what ever they was doing, laughing and carrying on for almost 5 minutes at that time I just drove off! I don't have to spend my money there, it's a privilege for a customer to spend money with you! I am not one that believes the customer is always right but today was ridiculous! I will not be back!!! PERIOD!! I wish I could give NEGATIVE 10 STARS

I waited in the drive through without ordering, because the microphone was broke, there was a vehicle ahead of me. Instead of ordering and getting them to pull up they sat at the window waiting for their order. Eventually I parked and walk inside. Where I stood at the counter. There were two young white boys that never looked at me. Another person dressed differently never looked up and went quickly out the door. Teach your employees to say sir I will be right with you. While all of this aggravated me it didn 't make me mad. I eventually get tired of standing there and went to leave. When a black lady that was older came up to the counter. I then turned and said in a nice way are you opened because I walked into a burger King one time that was closed but they forgot to lock the door. She turned and said to me in a sarcastic tone you walked in here didn 't you? Then we are open then. I was speechless. I said no I don 't to which she replied well alright then. I don 't know if you guys have to earn people 's loyalty but in most businesses you do. And for that lady to run off one of your best customers that lives less than a mile from your store. That 's just plain stupid. I retired after 33 years in business and sure wished that people would have told me about a person giving us a bad name. I know that good people are hard to find but training doesn 't cost you anything ! The rest is up to you.

I live in Millbrook and I love Popeye's Chicken. But I have walked out of this location twice for the wait time. I was only the third costumer in the store. This was a Thursday afternoon. If two more costumers came in, it would have been more than the employees could handle. Won't waste my time going back.

I?ve been to this Popeyes multiple times now. I always end up waiting a ridiculously long time in the drive through. After today, I am not going back. Sat in the drive thru for THIRTY minutes because the car in front of us ordered a huge family meal that needed to be prepared. Instead of asking them to pull forward, whoever was working the window just let everyone in line behind them wait. Our food was cold by the time we got it.

Wife waited 30 minutes for an order that was almost entirely wrong (regular tenders and chicken when they were supposed to be spicy, missing side on one meal and wrong side on the other). She had to argue to get a missing drink, and when she got home she realized there was no sauce for the tenders. Last time we give this location a chance.
