Taste See - Milledgeville

November) I'm probably a little biased because I was hoping a vegan restaurant has been coming to Milledgeville for years, but I honestly think this is actually a really great restaurant and I would still eat here, even if it wasn't the only Veg place for many miles. Note the only nonvegan ingredient they use is honey and it is only in some of the drinks or dessert specials, as far as I know. Actually, I'm not even sure it's in any of the drinks. I think they use very rare honey. I often get the Oat Burger because it really tasty and fill. However, they recently began to make a Philly cheese steak and it is my new favorite. They also have cauliflower wings that are great. My favourite is the garlic parmesan. The Mac and the cheese are excellent. The baked beans are great. The grill plate is good that they used Jackfruit, but I think they're making soy locks now. I also really like the avocado wrap, which is basically like a cheeseburger in pack form, but with a lot of arugula. It tastes very fresh. I understand if I want a little less heavy than a burger or cheese steak with potato wedges. The cakes come from a bakery in Atlanta and are excellent. The strawberry cake is my favorite. There are very limited interior seats, but some decent exterior seats. The staff is friendly. You can be pretty busy so it sometimes takes a while to get your food, so I would recommend calling in advance. Updated by previous review on 2022 11 25

So many vegan articles! Super tasty and affordable with competent and friendly staff. Definitely my favorite vegan spot in Georgia now. Can't wait to try anything!!

This restaurant is totally vegan. From the BBQ plate with collar and Mac, to the flower wings and desserts, I never had a bad meal here. The strawberry cake alone is worth a visit. Very happy to support this rare middle Georgia vegan spot.

This is an awesome restaurant. They are closed on Friday and Saturday but when they are open the food is FANTASTIC!!! #Veganuary
