Burrito Palace Grill - Miller Place

Food we did receive was terrible. My dinner was missing from the order. Went in for money back and was cursed at. Crazy experience like nothing I've ever experienced. We were planning on never returning after trying the food, but that sealed the deal.

No matter how many chances I give this place, it always seems like a waste of money. even when I'm spending almost $4 for a little taco, it's ICY COLD. I don't understand how every time i get food from here it's cold cold cold. I have many places to pick and trying to pick a quality food option I come here, I'm definitely done giving them chances, wouldn't recommend!

This place changed hands within the last year. Prices got jacked way up and the interior walls are a weird neon green color. Went in with my girlfriend for dinner a few weeks ago no music playing and guy behind the counter was definitely struggling with keeping things moving. After about 45 minutes we got our food. Was hoping that the meals would be a saving grace for the weird vibe but it was very flat, bland, and overpriced. I miss the two Spanish women that were cooking it up here forever. Sad times.

Just got a grilled chicken salad. Made it look pretty on top.Pretty much a whole can of black beans. Just call it a 14 dollar can o black bean salad. Work next store. Never again and gonna warn the other 89 employees.

Lisa Their staff is so friendly and efficient. Fast and helpful. Concerned about making sure order is correct. As soon as I came in, she said, I know exactly who your coming for. The order will be ready in a few minutes. Just finishing it up! Nice Their customer 's love their food too. Lisa Lichelle
