Mcnultys Ice Cream Parlor

I ordered a holiday cake (Christmas) and I couldn't be happier! It was beautifully decorated, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The restaurant is local, family-owned, and operated. I was very pleased with the food, service, and atmosphere — all rated a perfect 5 out of 5.

A cute mom n pop ice cream shop that is super kid friendly and popular with everyone in the neighborhood. They are open quite late too, so I can even pick up a pint on my way home. A ton of flavors and options. Parking: Small parking lot and street parking is available. Can get a little crowded during the summer afternoon rush. Have to be a little careful of all the kids in the area. Kid-friendliness: I have seen everything from baseball teams to birthday parties at this venue.

Miller place local I love supporting my local businesses but enough is enough. A few weeks back I brought my wife a b day cake from here $37.95 for ice cream cake. Character night for the kids ice cream for 4 people $24.00 (kids cups). Tonight was the final straw. Went and got a nice apple pie from a local farm. Forgot the ice cream. Ran up to Mcnaultys for a quart of ice cream. No big deal right. Nothing in the freezer so I asked the teenager behind the counter for one. No toppings no anything just a quart of plain vanilla ice cream. $9.89. Absolutely ridiculous. Stop and shop doesn’t even rip there customers off this bad. I guess Mcnaultys is on the same wagon as everyone else. Sky rocket prices just because. I’m sure there excuse will be well milk went up or the cups went up in price. Very very upsetting for a local small ice cream shop. You might think you have a gold mine here but when your reviews continue to go down and so does your business hopefully you will realize or maybe not. The greed may continue!!

The ice cream was good, but the customer service was something different. The young woman behind the counter was extremely rude and clearly had an issue with customers in the store. She made me, and my family extremely uncomfortable. She was staring at us the entire time, and not nicely. I have NEVER felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome in an ice cream parlor of all places or anywhere, in my life. Both young employees, we're both sniffling the entire time and acting as if they were under the influence. The man was nice, but even while serving us the young woman was talking about spitting in the driveway while brushing her teeth in the morning, interrupting everything, while we were actively ordering. I was a tourist, and I will NEVER go back again.

My daughter needs to get low to no sugar... she finally was happy... wish for more sugar free flavors...
