The views from all angles were truly breathtaking. However, we were surprised to discover a dress code upon seeing a sign in the elevator prohibiting active wear and flip-flops. In our culture, "strings" refers to a type of sexy lingerie, but we later learned that it actually meant flip-flops. Unfortunately, one of our companions had chosen to wear flip-flops, and we were promptly informed that we could not dine at the restaurant due to this. Despite explaining that we were a group of seniors and dressed appropriately, we were only allowed to stay for a short time for drinks before the food service began. To add to our disappointment, we had to request napkins and were given paper ones for a table of four. After this experience, we have no intention of returning to this restaurant and would caution others against visiting as well.
We recently enjoyed a fantastic reunion party at PUSH. The restaurant boasts a lovely view, outstanding service, and delicious food and wines. We particularly loved the potato with Abalone sauce. Natalie, Jacky, Camilla, and Ben provided excellent service and were very professional. Highly recommended.
Henry Deane is a bar with stunning views, but it falls short when it comes to food quality. The menu is quite limited and the tables are low and cramped with small plates. The main dishes are expensive and do not come with any sides. In order to reach the $100 minimum spend, you may have to order multiple "share plates" before being able to order a burger. The service is slow and the staff seems to be poorly trained.
Well known for many as workers alcohol passing in days... now after cleverly curated interior decoration some time ago the two top levels of this very unique property (own side entrance with elevator! so you don't need the seemingly... amazed public bar, for which Notoriety had a claim, supply two bars with different moods magnificent views - someone looking directly at the harbour bridge themselves! Sunday at noon saw the lower level4 closed, but the upper level (obvily the roof once!) in full swing so much (here we go again) I needed to demand the booming music level down! We ordered 3 plates to share to a 'light lunch', the spatchcock stunning delicate and aromasome..with the shrimps missing in any particular flavor definition, just beautiful . delicate! The cucumber salad was as charming as it was intrigued: dense green spirals well dressed with a slightly spicy salsa seemed like green coral nests from the deep sea!. were irresistible. Beautiful wines from the glass only disappointed this reviewer a tad served by their in trendoid wine 'Tumblers '. No! Foodnote : The original clever wonderful quirky fit out looks quite tired, grubby textiles too much chipped wall finishes let the place down in the wrong direction here management keep the disigners back to a discrete re=fresh. That's all it needs! his so wonderful it deserves it! And it needs it.
Booked lhe flying fox for my boyfriends 30th birthday. We had the best time! The service was exquisite, thanks to Lauren our server (o think that was her name) she was attentive to a T. If someone so much drippped a knife she would be...there replacing it. Ordering drinks serving food with a smile (behind the mask) the food was just amazing!!! So tasty we had the banquet which meant we could try all the different meals and it was truly the tastiest food we have had. Amazing service amazing food and amazing views!!! I would 1000000% recommend this place!
