Not bad, but for how fancy the decor looks I was expecting a bit better quality.

Stopped in for a quick lunch while exploring Surry Hills I thought the Pad See Ew was flavorful, but nothing I've never tasted before.

I spent a week in Surry Hills and have tried several coffee joints for my morning coffee (I normally take a large latte). In the Doghouse is by far one of the best in the area (within 10 mins walk radius). Temperature is just right, not too acidic and very balanced.  If you go there for brekkie, make sure you try their bacon egg roll too. They welcome dogs and staff are very helpful and friendly.

This cafe is dog-friendly, allowing dogs inside. The burgers are tasty and the all-day breakfast is affordable. The staff are very nice. Even better, they have a menu just for dogs. Our dog Rocket loved the pup-sized "pupperccino" and enjoyed the bonus biscuit. 4 out of 4 paws!
