Írjon visszajelzéstThe drive-thru speaker was malfunctioning. I repeated my order three times, yet the staff continued to ask me to repeat myself. They were very rude and even had the nerve to yell at a customer. This happened today.
I was really disappointed with my experience. I spent $53.00, but the original chicken wasn't extra crispy as we had requested. We also paid extra for some items that were missing, including the chicken tenders we ordered. I tried calling the restaurant, but no one answered the phone. I came to this location hoping it would be better than the one in Odenton, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. I guess it's back to Popeyes or Royal Farms for us.
Every time I drive by this KFC, I assume it's never open. However, tonight I saw cars in the parking lot, so I decided to give it a try. I went through the drive-thru and found out they were open. I placed my order, and the friendly lady at the drive-thru window told me to pull forward because my order would take about 5 minutes to cook. I understood that, but I've now been waiting for my food for 30 minutes. This is absurd, and I won't be coming back.
I ordered a famous bowl and a chicken sandwich on November 23, 2021, at 6:45 PM. When I got home to eat, the sandwich was hard and cold. After just two bites, I felt sick to my stomach and ended up vomiting. This is unacceptable service. I won't be returning. Millersville KFC on Veterans Highway.
PLEASE HELP THIS LOCATION!! Every time I visit, I struggle to get in and out quickly. It's incredibly frustrating. I ended up waiting over 20 minutes in the drive-thru just to pick up a GrubHub order, when it could have been simply handed to me at the door.
