Írjon visszajelzéstApparently the stands are closed, but still orders from there. Then sit there for 20 minutes until they tell you to reorder the drive thru window. Unacceptable!! We waited almost 50 min from order to the time we actually get our food. Let this under new management sign you fool, the experience is here. Either close the stands completely and do not waste people times there, or begin to do what people expect from Sonic and deliver the food. Ready with this place!!!!
Do not waste your time. I ordered ahead and they took over 30 minutes! This is normal for this place. Whether I am in the drive through or the side to order or the app. Worst fast food place to order if you dont have the time or gas to waste. Their tots are good. Thats it
We just had the most awful experience at this sonic. Our order wasn?t complete, and the staff was combative with us over it. They basically threw our food at us and said it?s right. We finally got our items, with incorrect orders and missed orders. Our drinks were undrinkable. Made with entirely incorrect ratios. We witnessed interactions with other staff members and other cars, the staff was rude, argumentative, and the food very sloppy. I am very used to the southern chains full of hospitality and this was the most disrespectful sonic I?ve ever been to.
This location is drive thru only now. Every time I go to the stalls they say it's closed.... That's the ENTIRE point of sonic. And their drive thru is the slowest in the industry. The line is always 10 plus cars and it takes over 45 minutes to get even the smallest order. Maybe other stores are better but avoid this one at all cost. I hope they close this horrible location down again, cus it's God awful
I am super sad to be writing this. I love Sonic but my experiences recently here are in need of being told. First off, I pushed the button at the drive up screen and waited almost 20 minutes. I then noticed the car next to me had pulled in and they were talking to the staff inside. I could hear them say that they were not bringing food out to cars and that it was drive through only. I understand that with COVID and all, things are still messed up for whatever reason. The fact they didn't inform me though was kinda messed up. I had to hear them tell a car two spaces away who just got there. Ok, wasnt going to let it ruin my favorite burger. Ordered two burgers and a cherry limeade. Pulled up and paid, got the bag and started to pull away, when I realized it was the wrong order. The car behind me had already pulled up, so I pulled forward, parked, walked back and the girl laughed and took the bag I handed her and gave it to another customer. I had this bag in my car and pulled away from the building and brought it back. I could have done anything to that food. Anyway, they got my order and I went back to my car. The burgers were on buns that were stale. As in old, dry buns that were falling apart. I was so disgusted and mad that I knew if I went back, I would have made a scene I was so mad at that point. I took the burgers and started to drive home when I took a sip of the strawberry limeade they gave me. Yes cherry and strawberry are both red but come on! I had begged for sonic to reopen after they closed. I now hope they close up again. This was horrible. I tried doing the survey on the receipt and it wouldn't go through on my phone. Going back out to my car to get the receipt to try from the computer at home. This place is a disgrace, I never had a problem at a sonic in Florida when I lived there and was happy to have one near by. I will save my money and make my own food for the prices they charge and lack of service they provide.
