Olive Garden - Milpitas

Our server, Karl C. was very pleasant from start to finish. Great attitude and service. Good portions to feed the hungry kids.

Just to be clear, this five stars is great food for the MacKenzie server. Not so the hostess (1 star) that was assigned to us, but lied. We also stopped for almost 15 minutes when there were no other queue before us, and there were many tables / Booths available. Kenzie was very professional, unhappy, polite and always smiling whenever she served our food. The appetiser's lunch entrees ordered came hot boiled directly, grated cheese upstairs was a generous note (Romano, to Kenzie). My minenstrone soup was shocked by ingredients tasteful, the salad my dining room guests had was crispy satisfying until the last leaf. We had no room for desserts, but my cappuccino was somewhat deflated (it was left too long on the switch, not served immediately after production), but it still tasted right. We had a few take-off specialties that Kenzie carefully grabbed to get the few hours drive home.

Shrimp scampi was fresh and well seasoned (I was worried the pasta might be too salty but it wasn’t). I got salad with the pasta and both portion sizes were surprisingly big. The garlic bread was freshly baked so that was nice too.

Good ambiance, good service and good Italian food. Not too many vegetarian options. The portions are generous. They do celebrate birthdays with birthday song. Good place for couples, friends and family.
