The Pita Pit - Milton

Tracy, the manager I am assuming by her attitude towards employees and her non uniform presentation, is absolutely horrible at providing decent customer service. She is rude, impatient, ignorant, and disrespectful. Pretty to look at, but her attitude ruins everything. I will never refer my business to this location again after the showdown my friends and I had with her. Hopefully head office or the owner throws her to the curb soon. As first time Pita Pit-er's, we will never return because of her.

Visited this pita pit recently with friends and the place is great! Food was fresh, staff was very friendly and the overall store was very clean and tidy. Will definitely be back!

I find myself craving a Pita just thinking about the food here. Fresh, great quality ingredients, and friendly service.

I eat here at LEAST once a month. I have never had an issue with the food itself...it's always fresh and tasty!! Always happy with the service too....until the last few months. The issue I have is with the new MORE card they use for tracking customer loyalty (they used to have a plain old stamp card which was foolproof) and their staffs knowledge of how it works. The LAST THREE TIMES I've gone in there I haven't been able to get my points because of an issue with the app on my phone. Today, I finally remembered to ask the girl on the register about how it's supposed to work and she replied with "I'm sorry, I don't really know". I shrugged and said okay and proceeded to pay for my order. After I paid I asked her if she was going to scan my card and she said "Oh...it's too late. You're supposed to do it before you pay" NICE!!!! If you knew I had a card because I was asking for help, why couldn't you have at least asked me to scan it before you completed the transaction?? My comment would be to management......how about making sure your staff knows how to take care of loyal customers instead of just shrugging their shoulders? It was so busy in the store because it was lunchtime that I didn't want to make a big deal about it, but it was disappointing because it's not the first time I've missed out on my points.

I'm from Chicago and was passing through on my way to visit my cousin in Toronto. I was starving...and then that's when I saw the highway sign for PITA PIT! I was so excited as i remembered stopping at this one the last time I visited. I planned on writing a review then and forgot. I must say this is the best Pita Pit I've ever been to. I travel alot for work! Its clean the portions are generous the staff are friendly! The girl suggested I try the buffalo chicken with bacon. It was incredible. Whats not good with bacon? Right?? I cant wait to stop in on my way back to Chicago. Thanks ladies.
