Aladdin - Milwaukee

The customer service at this restaurant was terrible, not from the cashier but from the two employees preparing my custom order. They were laughing at me, speaking in their own language, and being rude. Despite my efforts to politely express my concerns, one of them with curly hair dismissed me and continued to mock me. He even went as far as to stand close to the manager and make gestures implying I was causing trouble. The manager seemed indifferent and did not believe my side of the story until I had to ask her to listen before coming to anyone's defense.

I ordered the chicken shwarma bowl and was disappointed with it. The grilled chicken was old, cold, and had a cardboard-like taste with a flat, dry texture. The bowl was basically a simple salad with grilled chicken, cherry tomatoes, tasteless pink tomatoes, salad leaves, and purple cabbage. The salad ingredients were fresh and good, but there was an excessive amount of dressing which overpowered everything. The dressing, although flavorful with chipotle, was too much and made it difficult to enjoy the meal. Overall, the lack of balance in flavors made it hard to enjoy the dish. On a positive note, there was no wait for my order.

I highly recommend this place if you're looking for delicious and healthy food. I tried the chicken wrap with shredded cheese and one of their smoothies, and it was amazing.

Aladdin never lets me down! I got a buck salat on a tortilla next door and joined me for not only to aladdin where the food is always good and the service is professional. I love the Baba dip and samosas most. thank you aladdin!

My friend ordered the chicken shawarma wrap for me last night. No where does it say tahini or sesame seeds. Took a bite on my home last night and ended up emergency pulling over and an ambulance trip to the ER. Most people allergic to sesame seeds get their air way blocked and its hard to breathe. But that $7.50 wrap costed a lot more for the ambulance and er trip. It did taste good from the one bite I had. But still, list sesame seeds on the item ingredient list so this doesn't happen to others. I could have ended up worse if I didn't call 911 right away.
