Good food, great beer selection, helpful bartenders

Stopped in 2 minutes before the grill closed, and was still allowed to order food. Chicken taco was the biggest taco we've ever seen... Burger was excellent and the buffalo tots kept the cold beers go down easy. We've never had a bad meal here.

Great beer selection, always rotating and fresh! I've seen things on tap here I've not found anywhere else in Milwaukee. It's definitely a favorite. Their staff are great. As real as they come, friendly, and mostly beer lovers themselves. They want you to enjoy what you're drinking. Ask them about what's on tap, get a sample, and drink it all in. Food is great too. Been for the fish fry a number of times and it's solid and plentiful. Build your budget Wednesdays are also amazing. Lots of options to choose from and a fresh, tasty burger to put it on. Whatever soup or stew is on, get a cup. You're not likely to go wrong here for a meal. Overall, Benno's ticks all the boxes. Make it a stop of yours.

This is a wonderful restaurant with fantastic staff and an owner who genuinely cares about the customers' needs. Their beer selection is unmatched, and they offer daily food specials. I highly recommend stopping by whenever you're in the area.
