Írjon visszajelzéstI went here the other day and after sitting in the drive thru for 20 minutes I finally get up to place my order and I kid you not before I could order a woman comes on the intercom saying ?hi, we?re sorry but we don?t have any whoppers.? Talk about being mind blown. Home of the whopper, no whoppers. Incompetence at its finest. Go literally anywhere else to eat but here.
Ordered the impossible burger and it was picture perfect. It was fresh and hot and tasted perfect. I also ordered my go to desert a Hershey pie! I?m so glad Burger King made the impossible burger accessible to those with alternative diets!
Bad service had to sit in the Drive-Thru for 20 minutes and food wasn't fresh, this supposed to be fast food if I want to wait 20 minutes for a order I could have went home and made the hamburger and fries to myself will not return ??
Worst service ever ! The workers truly hate their lives. They closed the drive through in the middle of the afternoon (3:47pm June 3rd, 2019) so I went in to order. There was a long line. Maybe my bad luck. But some of the workers were just standing around. I used a coupon from their app. It expires after 15 minutes. There was 40 seconds left when I placed my order which she entered incorrectly. Cashier refused to correct or cancel the order. I paid. I was hungry. I sat down and waited about 5 minutes for my order for to be called. I went up to inquire and the manager angrily said ? I called that number 20 minutes ago. I think this is my first one star review.
The manage was great. I waited in the drive thru and watched patiently as the cashier took and expedited one order at a time as the line baked up being me. Just after I pulled up to the speaker to wait my turn the manager stepped out into the parking lotto complete another task. He walked over to the speaker and waited for a brief moment before asking if they'd taken my order.When I told him no and that they were taking one order at a time, he took my order walked back inside and called meforward. Unfortunately the cashier contoured to do things the way he'd been doing them. Feinstein a training opportunity forthe cashier. But again the manage did a great job.
