Cousins Subs - Milwaukee

I recently visited this location and the customer service was horrible. I ordered online and expected my order to be ready on arrival. I get there and not only is my order not ready but the worker has a very obvious attitude. I received no hello orthank you . After she finally packed my order there were also missing items. No apology for any of this. I am seriouslyconsidering never visiting this location again. Please teach your employees how to properly do their jobs and basic customerservice skills. Maybe even hire people that live nearby.

Cousins is the absolute best! Not subway, not any of the other ones, and it's not just because cousins is local. There is no comparison to cousins hands down!

Ordered a turkey sub no onions. Had onions no Mayo or tomato. Would not refund without bringing back however I could not as I was on a lunch break. I wouldn?t order from here again. The worst Cousins experience I?ve had. A word of advice checkyour sub before you leave.

Why this clerk rub her nose while taking my order and then hand me my receipt? No name tag on but moves like a turtle. Please train these people that wearing gloves and touching nose and face protect their hands but not customers

This WI-based regional sub-sandwich chain has been in business for several decades because its good subs with freshly baked broth and extensive quality selections. this location is valid for filling or exceeding the excellent standards of the cousins corporation.
