Wendy's - Milwaukee

I've dined at this Wendy's many times before and always found the food to be excellent, so I decided to give them another try. They managed to redeem themselves in a remarkable way! My burger was made exactly as I ordered, and the fries were spot on. However, I recently had the most disappointing meal ever at Wendy's! Service was extraordinarily slow. I ordered a bacon burger, making it clear multiple times that I didn't want cheese, and when I checked upon receiving my meal, I was reassured that there was no cheese. When I sat down to eat, guess what? There was cheese! To make matters worse, there was no lettuce or tomato on the burger. The only thing they got right was adding ketchup. As for the fries, they were almost cold and seemed to have been cooked in old, nearly rancid oil. Overall, this was my worst experience at any Wendy's.

The service was quick and welcoming. The order was accurate with no errors. The food quality was impressive for a fast food restaurant.

This is the best fast food restaurant on Layton between 6th Street and Howell. McDonald's in that area is simply terrible, with rude staff and poor service. Culver's never seems to get things right; it's always overcrowded, and orders often get mixed up. Burger King is just a complete joke, and Taco Bell can be hit or miss—sometimes it's good, but other times it's just bad.
