If they aren't randomly closed, you can generally expect to receive a soupy blizzard. In response to the company: My “last” visit? Try my last five visits. I typically give people the benefit of the doubt and don’t dismiss a business over a minor issue. However, when it clearly reflects a management problem, I feel it's important to express my concerns through this review.

I recently visited Dairy Queen, and I was disappointed with my experience. The place wasn't busy at all, yet I only received half of my order. I had ordered three Blizzards and two sundaes, but they were carelessly stacked on top of each other without a proper carrier. Only the sundaes had lids, and when I requested covers for my Blizzards, they simply handed me the lids instead. Unfortunately, when I tried to put a lid on one of the Blizzards, the cup broke, spilling it all over my car. To make matters worse, when I tried to call the restaurant for assistance, they ignored all of my calls. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.

Update: Tried going back but they were closed at 8:30 on a Friday. This might be the worst Dairy Queen in the country. Theyre regularly closed during stated hours, will have a drive thru open sign lit and be closed, and when you can get service thefood is sloppy and ice cream melted.

The food was excellent, and the staff who were present were fantastic. However, don't rely on the app or Google for information about whether the dining room is open. If it's important to you, give them a call.

We were in the drive thru line at 9:30 pm Saturday night for dessert and they shut the lights off on us and wouldn't respond. Online shows they are open until 10 pm. Very upset with the workers and they all should get fired.
