Habacu's Mexican - Minden

I was served a margarita with a live roach in it. We should have got up and left right then....the waitress brought me another that was 28.00. I figured they would have least took the drink off being that my party of seven stayed. Disappointed all around. Food was alright..but in the back of my mind the whole time.....is there roaches in my food..... no more for me....one and done..... Food: 1

Friendly service with fun decor. Located in Minden, it will definitely drive for a taste of delicious Mexican cuisine. Bring your appetite, because the portion size will fill you. You can choose from a multiple page menu that includes lunch specialities. On the way you can enjoy a free soft ice cone.

Awesome service, great atmosphere, great food. What more could you ask for??? Oh yeah sweet tea was on point and always full.

The food was pretty good. They up charge for anything. Prices were a little expensive 10$ for a basic entree of enchiladas rice and beans. Couldn't find a menu on line so took pictures.

Wonderful little family restaurant located in downtown Minden, Louisiana. It's just a short drive from Shreveport. Habacu, a beloved local Mexican restaurant, made us feel right at home as soon as we walked in. The service felt royal, and the food was outstanding—delicious sauces and fresh chips that were top-notch. You really can't go wrong with Habacu.
