Burger King - Minneapolis

The lights are on, but no one is to go home to the menu to get breakfast lights around no one answer sit there for several minutes hump the horn at the end through the rest of the driving sea lights inside, but no one did something there many times the service is ok but could be much better.

They may have to wait a little longer when they go here when it's busy, but the customer service makes it worth it. it is a great improvement of how this place earlier a few years back.

Loved her hot and cheesy veg burger and the cheese fries especially her cheese it was little different from other brands.

Speficially requested 2 sides of zesty sauce. Did this face to face! The told me to wait in my car and they forgot it! Order take did not add it to my order amd to make matters worse 20 min to close the store said they are not available to contact. Not answering phones during business hours! I can't forgive this. Total bait and switch after waiting 10 munster, kindly pulling ahead to wait and a fave to face order conformation not added to my receipt. I only ask people do the bare minimum and even with human I traction and acknowledgment they failed. NOW let's make it worse...refunds are only if you sign up for the BK app and I'm not happy. I'm not going to sign up to get refunds for what you messed up! I think we should class action lawsuit them! You want refunds, that you made mistakes for, we don't need to use your app or try to contact your store for no response! Anyone with me?

Horrible customer service ! My food just thrown into the bag. I asked the women why my fries were all over the bag and she said “I didn’t mean to” with no apology and an attitude. I love coming to this location but the people I interacted with today were unpleasant and upwards disrespectful. Life too short to act this miserable, you should probably look for a different job.
