Caribou Coffee - Minneapolis

I ordered a cold press with a caramel flavor shot, and it had the strangest, most watered-down taste. As someone who works at Caribou, I can say that this drink is not supposed to taste like this. Additionally, I was denied my employee discount.

During my visit, I ended up discarding my iced coffee because it was mostly ice and watered-down coffee—no flavor shots, milk, or whipped cream, despite my request for a caramel cooler that includes all those components. Pay attention to customers when they are ordering instead of chatting with your coworkers; you can have those conversations once the orders are placed. Additionally, please be mindful of cultural sensitivities in your service.

The cup had a sticky residue, possibly leftover coffee, which got all over my hand. Additionally, my pumpkin pie latte was not mixed at all, resulting in a large lump of sugar at the bottom of the drink. Overall, it was disappointing.

Staff was very pleasant. Prices are a bit high. I didn't care so much for the ham and cheese sandwich, however the chorizo one was fantastic. That would be my recommendation. It's on the skywalk level so very easy to access and there are places both inside and outside the location to sit.

Impossible to find, upstairs past the bank with no sign outside . Was marked as closed because no one can find it, one of the few places to get breakfast if you are walking in the area
