Leeann Chin - Minneapolis

I visited with a friend who really wanted to try Leeanne Chin's food. The dishes looked appealing, but I didn't eat any myself. Everything appeared a bit greasy. However, the staff were very friendly. My friend mentioned that his meal was enjoyable, for what that's worth.

The food was excellent, and our service was outstanding.

This is probably my favorite restaurant! I absolutely love the food here. I highly recommend the sesame and orange chicken paired with the Asian noodles. You can expect to spend around $10 per person at a minimum.

This is a review for the Plymouth, MN store only. I go to Lee Ann Chins on a regular basis and to different ones in the cities. I always get my fried rice made with just the egg and green onion. Plymouth store is the only one that will not make it special for me. It takes less than 5 minutes. I have gone in there a few times hoping they would make it as I requested, but no, you would think I was asking for the world by the looks management gives me. They refuse to do it. Never had a problem at any of the other stores. Every time I have just said ok and walked out. The management in that store sucks.

It seems to be hit or miss at this location. Last night I ordered dinner for pickup and took one bite of my egg roll and it was disgusting! I tore it open and it was a giant slab of what looked like processed meat with just a few carrots in it. It was pretty gross. I feel like the portions are always super inconsistent as well, one order with be loaded up and the next order is skimpy.
