McDonald's - Minneapolis

WOW!! 1st time coming to this location and the customer service was actually PHENO-MENALLLLLL! The woman at the window was very polite, efficient, seemed to genuinely appreciate her job ND customers. Her accent was also too cute to boot. If McDonald's everywhere had more employees like her I'm sure more people like me wouldnt mind loosening up their belts to enjoy some good ol' McD's!!!!

Service was pretty quick, they were friendly, food was hot and fresh, but the caramel iced coffee was not good. (Cofee review from a family member)

It feels ridiculous giving a McDonald’s 4 stars, but there is a man that works at the front drive thru window, that is so pleasant, kind and has such a giving generous spirit, that the experience is better than going to Chick-fil-A. He makes my day every time I go, it’s like seeing an old friend.

Honestly, I appreciate the quality of this McD's so much! I was so toastally excited when my order arrived hot and fresh like they had just handed it to me. And they come in clutch with remembering your dipping sauces and order notes! Thank you!!

Large McCafe cup size Iced Caramel Macchiato) being same as the Medium Iced Coffee cup size is a joke. All their drink sizes are, honestly about half the value of competitor sizes...
