Seven Steakhouse Sushi Ultralounge Skybar

This was my second visit, and I was disappointed with the herb-crusted rack of lamb. The portion was small, with only 3-4 small racks. As I was eating, there was a lingering smell from the lamb, which made me suspect it wasn't cleaned properly. The meat was quite chewy as well. I don't know if it was due to COVID or if they changed chefs, but the first time I tried this dish, I absolutely loved it. I promised myself I would return, but unfortunately, my second experience did not live up to my expectations.

The food was decent, but the steaks seemed overpriced compared to similar spots downtown. I ordered the pork chops, which were quite good and came in a generous portion. My wife had the Filet Mignon and Broccolini, which was okay but didn’t meet our expectations for better quality. We ordered a couple of drinks, but they came in plastic cups and tasted overly sweet. We attempted to order a bottle of Chloe to share, only to be informed that it was out of stock. Our waiter suggested a substitute that was twice the price, which we didn’t realize until we saw the bill—though we probably should have been more cautious. To make matters worse, as we were finishing up, another waiter brought out a full bottle of Chloe for a nearby table. Our waiter noticed me looking at it and appeared quite nervous, but he didn't address the situation. Additionally, I’m not sure if it’s standard to add gratuity automatically for a table of two, but we found it already included in our bill—something I’ve never encountered before, and we dine out frequently. In the end, we just decided to cut our losses and move on. The last time we visited about ten years ago, it was a completely different experience. I recommend passing on this place and exploring other favorites in the area.

We had a gift card they didn't let us use because their 'machine was down'. it had no annoying with our credit card!

Absolutely terrible experience. it is not a restaurant that only a lounge with drinks in a plastic cup with bad slow service. bought business colleague here for “Dinner Meeting” never again!
