We found Minori a bit too busy for our liking, albeit worth a visit for the Villa Romana (free to enter), the Basilica di Santa Trofimena (open 1700-2000) and dinner at the family run Giardiniello, which is as good as everyone says it is. Lovely setting and lovely food, though book in advance as people were being turned away. My sea bass in a lemon sauce was delicious.
