Firehouse Subs South Gate Crossing

I placed an order online and when I arrived at the store they had not received the order. The staff had no idea how to rectify the issue so I was forced to reorder my sandwiches. I sent a contact request from the website so we will see if I receive a refund for one of the orders or not. For this I left a 2 star review.Follow up: 11/11/23 The Store contacted me, found the issue and have corrected it. Their quick response and positive attitude have impressed me greatly. It is rare today for anyone, let alone a fast food franchise to to act so quickly to fix an issue. For this I have changed my review to 5 stars.

My added vegetables were missing and the oder was 30 minutes behind. I saw driver leave restuarant to another location before ours. The food was cold.

Subs were nice. The place smelled like an mmm mmm pizza joint, that was sexy. Then the choices were good because other places besides Subway don't let you modify the options.That is a good service letting you modify things. But crazy is they got the soda machine that has all kinds of choices.Don't forget the heros Ambiance, that's awesome in its own right. The fire suits, totally cool. Just needs a fire pole, then ecto-1 outside ready to go.

My favorite sub place in Minot. Great service, good sandwiches!
