Pizza Hut - Minot

Unfortunately the order I placed never arrived even though it showed delivered by doordash. I tried to call the restaurant for over a hour and they never answered. I don't know if the driver enjoyed a pizza on me or delivered it to the wrong location. Either way I still have not heard from the Pizza Hut location. Fortunately the Pizza Hut customer service number was able to take a complaint. Now I get to wait a few days before I hopefully get my money back. I am honestly curious what happened.

Staff is unfriendly and rude. It was clear that they were not really in the mood to work and to help. They made you feel that you burdened them by walking into the place.

Really good. I wanted to order a large pan Supreme and wings. The employee informed me that they were from the pan for regular pizzas, but they said they had it for square pizzas that they made for their dinner boxes. So I ordered the Pan Supreme Dinner Box Pizza (only the pizza, not the dinner box) and 18 traditional wings, spicy garlic. With three dive sauce. The food was delivered on time, hot and correct. The best part was how the employee worked with me to get me what I was hungry for, even though they were from the article. The food was delicious. So many customer service experiences are now terrible. It was refreshing to have something positive. Great experience!

The pizza is usually cooked really well, with even toppings and cheese. My only complaint would be that the pies I've gotten recently are cut in the strangest way, almost like the person with the blade is trying to make no two slices alike. Small gripe, but does make it interesting with two small kids who demand identical servings.

They were expensive but their product was not as good as what you should be expecting for the price you just paid. Needs to work harder on the prices and quality of the product
