Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Waited in drive thru for 15 minutes. Get to the window at 7:06 to be told they are closed. Spoke to Caleb, Manager. Cicely said corporate said they need to close at 7 and no one cared folk stood in line in their cars. Cicely told me there is a sign at drive through. However, no one can see the sign until placing an order. Unacceptable!

Waited in the drive through line for 45 minutes thinking it was a fluke but when I went back the next time, same thing. Don?t go here if you are on your lunch break because the wait is too long. Very rude customer service at the window as well.

Usually pretty good but I guess closes early now? according to Google they close at 10 so I was surprised to get there and find they were closed and people were leaving. Not sure what time they close since apparently the time on Google isn?t correct.

The worst Zaxby?s that I spent my money If I could put 0 star I was gonna put I bought wings and things combo Asked for the celery and never come and I paid for Asked for extra bbq sauce because always come with a little flavor The fries without salt And the bread lol I can?t explain the worst experience with Zaxby?s And I buy Zaxby?s 3 or more times in the week The celery is not on the photo because maybe they are invisible Something that we pay for and don?t get is this considered a theft?

The food was fresh and delicious. I should have asked for the fries to be extra crispy, but they were still good and served hot. Thank you! I definitely give this place five stars. Absolutely recommend it!
