Mezcal Mexican Grill - MIRAMAR BEACH

The food was good, above average. We sat outside on a large covered terrace and it was very pleasant. The interior was clean and modern, very attractive.

I’d give it a 4 star on the food and five stars because of how personal our server was and because of how fast they were. Now granted, we were there on a Monday night but our food came out in about 7 min. The chips and salsa were really good. The chips had a great crunch and salsa was smooth and flavorful. We got the Banderas Enchiladas and some mini chimichangas. Both were very good. Rice and beans were typical needed more flavor. Most popular is the shrimp stuffed poblano but wasn’t feeling it. Definitely would return

The food is excellent. I had the Al pastor tacos and my husband had the pork belly. Both were delicious. The queso was great and the salsa was some of the best we've had. The prices seemed little high but you get what you pay for and the portions were huge. We could definitely tell the food was higher quality. I'll say the service was a bit slow but honestly, it is everywhere right now so I would never deduct for not being able to find people to work.

I wish I’d taken more pictures of all our awesome meals we had this week at Mezcal. We stayed at Seascape resort and Mezcal instantly became our favorite place to eat. The service was top notch, the food was fresh and good and reasonably priced and it was easy to get a table during the busy summer months in Destin. After dinner be sure to go next door to the ice cream shop, it’s so good!!!

While visiting the Destin area, I ate here four times at the bar. Their bartenders are very friendly and attentive! The complementary chips and salsa are so good!! Also, the Chili-Rita is one of the best margaritas! I only have had their salsas, guacamole and queso.
