Pizza By The Sea At Market Shops Of Sandestin

Used to be good but recently when I was the only one up front waiting to order there was no one there to take the order. After a few minutes of waiting the cook informed me Lauren would be a few minutes, after waiting a few more minutes I decided to leave but then a couple came in to pick up their to go order so I figured now that someone has come out to help them I can order after them, which turned out to be a mistake: once Lauren was done with them she informed me she needed to place her product order in or they wouldn't have any food next week so I had to wait some more. All in all it took about 15 minutes before I was even able to place my order being the only person there waiting to do so. I understand people are understaffed but they had 3 there when they normally have 2.

Our favorite pizza on 30a. The Spaghetti and Meatball Pizza is a family favorite. But you really can't go wrong with anything on the menu.

Very delicious pizza with a good variety of toppings. ???????? The atmosphere inside is quite nice too.

They were out of the dairy free cheese when we came, which we were not informed of until after we had ordered and been sitting for about 15 minutes. I was given a refund and I was okay with that, but then they advertise they are voted ?most kid friendly dining?, however they had condom commercials on the radio station which was drowning out the Disney movie they had playing. This place had such potential but won?t come back after this experience.

Walked in to order a pizza togo. Kid behind the counter was very sweet. Noticed the guy making the pizza didn't wear gloves to put on toppings after he was just handling his phone, nor did he wash his hands before handling the food. I went to the bathroom while waiting.... OMG so NASTY! I should've taken pictures but I really just wanted to get out. The smell of urine and dirtiness was overwhelming! It looked as though the toilet hasn't been cleaned in years! The sink had scum and mold build up all around the handles, etc. Why would you have such a dirty bathroom in such an upscale resort area??? I paid for my food and left. I can't tell you what the food tastes like because I was very turned off by the way this business is being operated.
