King Gyros - Mishawaka

I consistently enjoy dining at this restaurant because they serve excellent food and are quick, efficient, and incredibly helpful. However, my visit today was not pleasant. While waiting in line, I asked whether their onion rings contained real onions, as I've had disappointing experiences with onion rings lacking actual onions at another fast food establishment. Given that I had never ordered onion rings here before, I thought it was a reasonable question. Unfortunately, the person at the speaker box made me feel belittled for asking, responding in a dismissive tone that suggested I should already know the answer. I’m baffled by the disdain with which my simple inquiry was met. This employee doesn’t know me or my previous experiences, which has left me reluctant to return anytime soon.

I ordered the fish sandwich, but it seemed like they had run out of tartar sauce, so they used a substitute that looked like a mix of mayo and dill relish. It was actually green, which was definitely not appealing. Food rating: 1/5.

The staff is incredibly friendly, the food is always fresh, and the restrooms are well-maintained. Service rating: 5 out of 5.

Decor is simplistic but clean and pleasant, the food was great and was priced very reasonably. My family and I loved and we'll definitely be back.Food: 5/5

Order here all the time, being that I work nearby and I’ve never have a bad experience! Great prices too!
