Visszajelzés küldéseI waited for over 15 minutes in the drive-thru, hoping for a quick stop as I have a broken foot and needed to get home. When I finally reached the window, I inquired about my missing bagel and hash brown, only to be told that they had forgotten my order. This isn't the first time I've had a bad experience at this restaurant - they often get my order wrong or forget items, which is embarrassing when I have to go back and deal with their unorganized staff. They need to either train their current employees better or find a new crew altogether, or they will continue to lose customers. Additionally, it shouldn't take someone over 5 minutes to process a refund for a missing bagel - if they can't handle basic tasks efficiently, they need to reconsider their staffing choices.
I am a 16 year Canadian Forces Army ResF Veteran. At approx 8:50AM I went into the TIM HORTON’S at the Mission BC Junction Mall location to get a breakfast. I cannot wear a mask and advised staff and management, but they still refused to serve and kicked me out. Businesses are NOT above the law!! And when businesses ignore provincial policies on Mask Exemptions, and make their own policies that supersede provincial policies (and illegal ones at that) that is unacceptable!!DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO TIM HORTON'S!!
I'm from a small town in Ontario that cross sections the TransCanada highway. The Tim Hortons at that location is high traffic and amazing. I personally do not care about your franchise. Your location came up in the topic of conversation as to why we do not spend money at your location. I posed a question on how much revenue was being lost daily compared to proper staffing and bonus insentives. My question to you is it better to have more staff and perhaps even pay a higher hourly rate or to lose 45% of potential customers like my boss and me? At the end of the day I don't care, but I even took my time to help out your franchise. Your welcome
They try their best being short staff but alot of people don't have cars and limiting everything to drive through over is super inconvenient.
This restaurant is terrible. The staff is indifferent. The location is great, but after waiting 10 minutes in the car, we discovered they only have sandwiches and no donuts or soup. Also, the Tim Hortons coffee tastes awful.
