Chili's Grill - Mission Viejo

VERY disappointed. My bacon avacodo grilled chicken sandwich was burnt to a crisp. I told the waiter he said he would put a new order in for me. 30 minutes later he comes back asks if I want a box. Stated he never put in a new order but would take it off my bill then took my plate. No apology, just trying to rush me out. Ended up going to chic fil a after. Service food were horrible at this location.

For many years I was just not crazy about Chili's at all. Lately I rediscovered them and I really enjoyed their fajitas. Turns out there are several great things on their newer menus and the whole family can enjoy without I'm going broke. I'm glad I found them again!

Amazing Chili’s experience. The margaritas were refreshing, the southwest egg rolls were hot and delicious, and every server was so friendly! You can’t beat the prices for delicious food and great service. We will be back!

Food is still pretty good although the menu has changed a lot. Service is a bit slow and the atmosphere isn't as great as it used to be. The restaurant is starting to feel pretty run down..

Staff was friendly and very attentive. I ordered a burger and it was a good size and delicious. My two friends ordered bacon, chicken, cheese sandwiches and they were pretty good size. I was disappointed with the amount of fries I received; very small portion (size of small fries at McDonald's).
