Oyu Shabu - Mission Viejo

Really like this place, food and service are great. I think the price is pretty low compared to other Shabu I have when.

The best Shabu is Orange County. If they could improve their service and maybe hire another person or two, it would be amazing how they have a good location and great food

I ordered to put everything at home in a pot (only stuff ordered from slice). About half the way through my meal, I began to swim tiny little black and gray points, and it turned out that I had a full pot BUGS!!! I literally picked 25 bugs (see attached pictures) and I'm pretty sure there are many more and I have to eat some. This is the greatest culinary experience. I remember seeing tiny black points when I was eating at the restaurant, but there weren't so many and I thought it was spices or food crumbs. But in reality, if you look exactly, you can see that they are bugs with legs and larger with wings. This made me believe that this is not a problem today, but a continuous negligence for the customer's health and food quality. They were warned. I have confirmed that all tiny little black gray points you see in the broth have proved to be bugs. These tiny bugs can easily be missed, as with 25 bugs I did not notice until I was halfway through. Not sure they came with meat or broth. This was earlier my favorite Shabu, but I will never visit her again after I realized how completely unacceptable her health and food quality is standard!

Decent experience. Quality meat and vegetables. Broth could more tasty. Good experience, but it seems like it's just for that. The experience and not necessarily the food.
