El Pato Mexican Food - Mission

There was only one person ahead of me, and the restaurant was completely empty, yet I have been waiting for 20 minutes! I tried calling ahead before I arrived and made arrangements, but there was no response. I won't be coming back. If it weren't for a car blocking me, I would have left!

The Enchilada plate was disappointing. It didn't live up to my previous experiences and wasn't very good. However, the young man who served at the front counter was a breath of fresh air. He was really nice and courteous.

The restaurant is a good place to eat, but the staff could use some improvement in their interactions with customers. A little more common courtesy would go a long way—just a simple greeting would make a big difference. Since it's a service-oriented job, being friendly toward customers is important.

It took over 20 minutes to make Mexican tacos and chips and Queso and there are no customers and cook is just playing around with the two workers. He's just talking, and you could literally see him talking. Last time I come here!! I've already taken photos and videos to sue this place, is that ridiculous?

We phone ordered our tacos,once we got there we were told to wait, there wasn't any vehicles but we did. Once we got to the window we were not given our tacos. We were there waiting and waiting and waiting and finally we asked what the hold up was. She was talking to someone. She then proceeded to give us the tacos but again had us waiting for our coffee. Again she was talking to someone. As we are ready to leave ,we had to remind her of our cream and sugar for our coffee, the sauce for our tacos and asked for more than the two napkins for our 7 tacos we had ordered. Ironically as I was getting the hot coffee placed in my cupholder and tacos in my area, she opens the window and tells me to move. Unbelievable! We don't order often but when we did we had a terrible experience.
