This place, staff and experience of planning and the day was 5 stars! What sold me to this place first was Abe. I appreciate how professional and fast he reacted to me when it came to see the place. When I met him personally and we talked about me, who housed my baby shower here, I knew I had to book it! The process of planning everything was so easy and I really thank Abe for being such a big communicator and always ready to help me and make things easier if he could! The day of my celebration was beyond my expectations. I was a guest in many halls and it was nothing special, the servers served you, they brought you food and drinks and we called it a day. But in this place the staff was on the absolute ball! I'm in customer service myself and I really appreciate when it's working hard, real customer service that goes beyond and beyond! Not only that the staff was sure that I was always good to ask myself if I need water, what can I get you, we make you a plate with food and bring it to me constantly the times they bring out the food when they delete the food when they put up the dessert table, etc.? they were extremely organized and punctual when they said they had done something! They also treated my guests with the same respect and my guests mentioned how friendly and great the staff was too! I appreciated it so much! The food was great, EVERYONE loved the cheesecake I asked the hall to as my dessert, no discomfort with the open bar, love the layout and the river of the hall itself, the diverse possibilities of decoration and so great and comfortable, it was all I needed to be this venue! Another thing about the dessert table, I brought candy to serve my guests and asked the staff to simply put any candy or chocolate in a bowl and throw some pliers in there and leave it on it! They agreed and I didn't think about it. To my surprise, they brought out the candy and presented it on plates that place each chocolate bar in a pee-shaped style, put the candies on a 3 plate and just go beyond my expectation! I was shocked and so grateful for her extra time and effort to make something as simple as candy a 5-star service! About everything I asked about this place to everyone who asked me about my shower, and I think I have the staff more than about my actual shower and for anyone who knows me when I am impressed by something, it is 100% a big thing! Thanks again Livadia, Abe and Coworkers, you gave me the most wonderful experience and I really hope that one of my guests will host their next party there so that I can be a guest next time! The place is beautiful and very clean. The food was delicious and the whole staff was amazing! Had a wonderful time to celebrate my cousin Krista's baby shower.

We had a great unforgettable experience at Livadia. We rented it for a Formal Bday Party we couldn't be happier. We booked this Hall from outside Ontario, Abe was very understanding helpful by making himself available to help us coordinate everything remotely. This is a very beautiful elegant Hall, is big and you will have it all only for your event. He was very patient accommodating with our specific menu decoration requests. On the day before the day of the event, he provided us with lots of help, helping us with the technical requirement for our decoration also coordinating the deliveries/pick up with the different suppliers so we could concentrate on other details to have an impeccable event on time. We had the Buffet Menu, everyone loved it, and we're still reminiscing of the exquisite cannelloni. In addition to that, during the event he the stuff were very attentive on what the family, kids, the birthday person and guests required to have a more memorable experience (drinks, desserts and lighting special requests he had also planned for special gestures for the kids bday person). It was great to work with Abe with his team, you can trust him and Livadia staff for your event, we recommend 100% cant wait to have another chance to have another party at Livadia. Thank you Abe!

This is the place to host your wedding. Carefree, seamless, friendly experience. We had an absolutely fantastic experience working with the owner Abe Ebadi. From the first meeting he felt like at home and entertained all our wishes and more! Thank you. The entire planning process was seamless, stress-free and our wedding day was perfect. What a fantastic experience. Abdullah Jan and his staff are extremely friendly and well organized. They made everything very easy for us. Food was amazing still family and friends are talking about it, the hall is beautiful and very clean. Thank you so much for turning my daughter?s dream birthday into a reality. Im very pleased and if I had to do it all over again I?d pick Livadia Banquet Hall, I Would 100% recommend this amazing place to anyone! So happy with our decision to go with Livadia Banquet Hall.
