Had the special pulled chicken sandwich. was the most dry hardest 3 days old tasting huh. that he couldn't chew. was that special I am sure to get rid of it. for them how they do in the regular due diligence on their product. kartoffelsalat had half boiled potato in it. very disappointing.

The cheeseburger, who was tasteless and very dry, instead of frits I chose the green beans, and they were terrible. I was already home when I sat down to eat and should have gone back. 15.00 down the drain and the service was also terrible

Is used to be our favorite bbq location. we have brought many people there, and the food and the service were always. on 9/10/22, everything was changed. new menu. no cut bark at all. the chopped bark tasted like the frozen species that they can buy in a tub in the grocery store. the pulled chicken was dry and my man was later sick in the night after eating. also no soft ice cream. the fried okra was however hot and freshly cooked. so they have a star. we are not coming back.

I ordered online and was pleased with the experience. My order was ready at the specified time, and everything was accurate. The food was fresh, although it was a bit on the expensive side—typical for many places these days.

I attempted to place a takeout order last night and after a brief hold of three minutes, the person on the line hung up on me. Before being put on hold, I mentioned that I wanted to order a chicken dinner. When I called back, I was immediately put on hold again, without a greeting, and overheard the same employee telling a coworker to inform me that they were too busy to take phone orders. I informed him that we were only seven minutes away. Upon our arrival, I was surprised to find that the restaurant was not busy at all. We went through the drive-thru, and the same girl who had hung up on me earlier told us they were out of chicken, turkey, and other items. This is poor customer service, as she could have easily informed us of this while we were on the phone. Throughout the entire interaction, she maintained a terrible attitude. This incident occurred at 8:35 PM on June 10, 2022.
