Wendy's - Missouri City

The staff is friendly and welcoming. They always get our food orders correct. They also accommodate dietary restrictions like gluten intolerance.

My experience at this restaurant was terrible. I ordered the #3 bacon, egg, and Swiss cheese combo but I asked for American cheese instead of Swiss and upgraded my potatoes to include an orange juice. The sandwich was just okay, but the potatoes were cold, old, and hard. They definitely weren't fresh and I didn't even get the upgrade I paid for. I doubt I'll be returning. #very disappointing.

Someone should advise this person to refrain from making racist comments while working.

Lobby is closed a lot for some reason. They run out of potatoes too

I was just there, and they did a great job we had a pretty big order and they stayed calm the whole entire time. And Joshua had great customer service at the drive thru window and didn’t get frustrated at all with us and we thank him for that.
