Írjon visszajelzéstThe guy taking orders at the drive through was extremely rude and wouldn’t let me tell him what I would like to order. Kept presuming what I wanted to order and then get frustrated with me when I would tell him no that I wanted something changed. Then when I asked him if he would let me talk he got very rude and wouldn’t listen. Asked me “are you done talking?” The. Proceeded to ask me questions about what I just asked him for. Very rude.
Wagyu burger was a sorry sight. Hard and black like they made it last Wednesday. I had them remake it and what did they do?? Gave me another hard, nasty burger. Do these people have any quality standards. 12$ for a hard, old burger. I won't make that mistake again. That's the last time I waste my hard earned money at Arby's!!
Employee took the extra step of bringing our order to our table. The young lady saw our disabilities and thought to help without being asked. Most would demand we come back to the counter. Thank you.
Drive thru can sometimes be slow even when nobody else or barely anyone else is there at the Chippewa location but orders are typically accurate. The Kirkwood and Tesson Ferry locations are the ones I prefer for speed, employee kindness and accuracy!
This is a good one. They usually get my order right and do it quickly.
