We unwittingly came in right before closing but the assistant was extremely gracious. She showed us an ambulance of flavors and vinegar/oil combos that I would never have thought of. My favorite was the espresso balsamic vinegar mixed with chipotle olive oil, a great mixture of sweet and savory. We left with a bottle of lemon balsamic vinegar for our chicken tomorrow night and plan to come back for more experimentations.
